Interacting with top-level professionals, advisory board, managing directors and prospective members; assisting committee chairs & officers; attending group meetings and oversee staff; developing marketing collateral for prospective members and events; maintaining computerized database of members; creating and implementing an operating budget that reduces expenses and increases member benefits; negotiating expenses within budget constraints; coordinating social and educational events at various venues; publishing quarterly newsletter and membership directory; assisting with the design and functionality of the website, bookkeeping and Webinars.
